Rosario identified several major problems with our heating system; low CO leak, blower motor on it's last legs, cracked heat exchanger. Gave me the option to fix what was wrong or get a new system. We opted to replace the builder grade mechanicals with new, higher efficiency Amana systems. Was I happy with the price, not really but it is part of the cost of owning a house. Was I happy with the service, the repairman and our options - Yes!

The AC was peeking. The cause was due to my tenant not changing the filter for the furnace, causing debris to build up & prevent the discharge of water from the AC unit. Aexberg cleaned the unit, & fixed the issue.

A/C went down and they had it up and running the same day!!
